Time-aware mode uses the forecast for the hour the pilot reaches each point. The thermal map re-rates as the glider advances. Real WRF values at each waypoint, not colours read off an image.

Route briefing API

Route forecasts built from real model samples.

The route briefing workflow accepts named route points, samples each leg, and can match every sample to an estimated arrival time. The lower-level corridor endpoint remains available for a single straight line.

That makes it useful for task planning, instrument summaries, club briefings, retrieve planning, and "what changes down-route?" checks that a single point forecast cannot answer.
